Ashlee K was a huge factor in our decision to purchase from Centennial Subaru. She made us feel valued before we stepped foot on the lot. She took time to send a video to introduce herself and highlight features of the car that you can't see from online shopping (like well kept interior/wheels and a clean smell). There was minimal back and forth pricing, which is the most dreadful part of car buying. Overall the process was smooth. I know dealerships can be a hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Based off of my experience with my 2021 Crosstrek Limited, they are the best I’ve encountered. I have owned more cars than I can count and been to many shops/dealerships for repairs. Centennial is the most honest I’ve done business with. Quick, painless, and professional. James Taylor was kind and honestly didn’t pressure me and my wife into a sale. He helped us get our best payments to secure the deal, and was thoughtful throughout the entire process. Overall, a very comfortable experience. Having been to the Toyota dealership across the street to try to test drive a RAV4, the differences between the Subaru dealership and Toyota were night and day. They did their best to try to ensure everything was taken care of from the oil change to the full service, as well as trying to find issues that I was having even though it was not happening when they were looking, they kept the truck for multiple days. David Spence was excellent from the moment he greeted me to when I drove away in my new car. He far exceeded my expectations and has earned a life long customer. David was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, took the time to find me the car I was looking for and explained every step of the process. He was kind, professional, patient and personable. I will be telling friends and family about my experience. 10 out of 10! The finance officer (I forget his name) was also great and really helped me with the extended warranty process.
Centennial Subaru is the first dealership I don't mind bringing my car to for service. Yes, I am probably paying a premium, but vehicle drop off is painless, my service options are explained clearly, and I can stay in a comfortable, large, and bright lounge with snacks and drinks or opt to be driven home (at no charge) until my car is ready.
